What does DishReady do?
It turns a normal photo of your dish into a clean, listing-ready image. Upload a photo, pick a style, and we generate enhanced versions you can download and use on your menus, marketplaces, and storefront.
Do I need a photographer or special equipment?
No. A normal photo taken on your phone is enough. DishReady is built to be used in a busy kitchen, on the device you already have.
Will the image still look like my actual dish?
That's the whole point. DishReady is built to improve how your dish is presented — lighting, framing, background — while keeping the food itself untouched. Always review an image before you use it to make sure it fairly represents what you serve.
How do credits work?
- Each generation costs credits. The cost of a style is shown before you confirm.
- You buy credits through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
- Credits stay on your account — they don’t expire mid-use and aren’t transferable.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are digital and usable right away, so purchases are generally non-refundable once a credit has been used. But you're never charged for a dish that fails — if a generation doesn't complete, the credit goes straight back to your balance. If a result isn't right, flag it and we'll take a look. Is there a free trial?
Yes — you can try DishReady without creating an account. Sign up when you want to save your results and keep going.
What photo types and sizes are supported?
JPG, PNG, and HEIC images up to 15MB.
What if I'm not happy with a result?
We generate 2 photos for every dish, so make sure to check both options first — sometimes one lands better than the other. If neither works, tap the flag button on the photo so we can take a look (we reply within 48 hours, business days). For broader feedback or a different style direction, email us at info@dishready.ai — every email gets a human reply.
How do I download and use my photos?
Open a dish in your workspace and tap download — the finished photo saves straight to your device, ready to upload to your menu, marketplace, or socials. There's nothing else to install. Your dishes also stay in your account for up to 12 months from the last time you signed in, so you can come back and download them again whenever you need — signing in resets that clock.
How long are my images kept?
Up to 12 months from your most recent activity. We email you about 30 days before anything is removed, and signing in resets the clock. Full detail is in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
