Terms of Service

DishReady turns photos of your dishes into clean, listing-ready images using AI. You upload a photo, pick a style, and we generate enhanced versions you can download and use on your menus, marketplaces, and storefronts. By using DishReady you agree to these terms.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Generating images costs credits. The credit cost of each style is shown before you confirm.
• Credits are purchased through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Your purchase receipt comes from them.
• Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Pricing and credit costs may change over time; changes apply to future purchases, not credits you already hold.

Credits are digital content. Because they're supplied and usable immediately, by completing your purchase you ask us to make them available right away and acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content once a credit has been used. In practice:

• If a generation fails on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — you're never charged for a dish that doesn't complete.
• If a result isn't right, flag the dish and we'll review it (we reply within 48 hours, business days). Where appropriate we'll re-run it or return the credit.
• For billing problems or an unused purchase, email us. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and any refund that is due is processed through them.

We always look at genuine problems in good faith.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the images we generate for you. You grant us permission to store and process your photos solely to provide the service. By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it, or otherwise hold all rights, licences, and authorisations needed to upload, edit, and use it.

Enhanced images are generated by AI and are provided as-is. They can contain inaccuracies or artefacts, so you should review every image before using it. You are responsible for ensuring an image fairly represents the actual dish you serve — DishReady is a presentation tool, not a substitute for an accurate listing.

We keep your uploaded photos and generated images for up to 12 months (365 days) from your most recent activity. Here's how it works:

• Signing in resets the clock — as long as you keep using DishReady, your images stay available.
• We email you about 30 days before anything is due to be removed, so you have time to download what you want to keep.
• After the retention period, images may be permanently deleted from our storage and cannot be recovered.
• Please download and back up any images you want to keep. DishReady is not a long-term archive.

You agree not to use DishReady to:

• upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• misrepresent products in a way that is deceptive or illegal;
• abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the service's limits or security.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service. We may also remove any content we consider inappropriate, unlawful, or in breach of these terms at any time, without notice.

We work to keep DishReady available and reliable, but the service is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We rely on third-party providers (for image generation, storage, payments, and email) and their availability can affect ours.

To the extent permitted by law, DishReady is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of DishReady, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
